Coquitlam – Fort Langley, 38km
We rode the Great Trail going out of Coquitlam but we found it a bit rough for our road bikes (especially the kids’). The part along the Pitt River and along the Fraser River to the Golden Ears bridge was very beautiful and the gravel trail in excellent condition. After the Golden Ears bridge we rode mostly on paved roads (bike shoulders) into Fort Langley.
